What form of payment does "Two If By Tea™" accept?
Two If By Tea™ accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars. Personal checks and money orders are not accepted at this time.
Can I purchase an international order?
Two If By Tea™ only ships to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Alaska and Hawaii are not subject to the free standard shipping offer. A flat rate shipping charge will be added to these orders for standard delivery.

Please be sure that your internet connection is strong. Double check that you are filling in all areas on the shipping and billing sections of the checkout page correctly. The zip code of the billing address should match the billing address that your credit card company has on file. Does Two If By Tea™ ship to Post Office Boxes?
No, we no longer ship to Post Office Boxes.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are estimated to arrive within 3 business days of order for standard delivery. Please note, large orders will take longer due to processing and transport.
How can I track the status of my order?
After your order is processed, a shipment confirmation email will be sent via your email address with your tracking number that can then be tracked using the corresponding carrier's (Fed-Ex, UPS, etc.) web site. You can also go to the Track Order section and enter your order number.
What does it cost to ship my order?
Default ground shipping to the continental United States is free to the customer (which saves you the customer, an average of $8.00 per case).
Is free shipping included with the Premium Patriotic Gift Set?
No, there is a standard flat rate shipping charge of $5.95 for each gift set ordered.
How do I place a large order? (Wholesale Inquiries)
On the home page of the shop, you will find a button that says "Large Orders (Wholesale)". Click on that button and fill out the basic order inquiry form. Please allow at least one business day for your order to be reviewed. If this is a wholesale/resale inquiry, a Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate can be found at the bottom of the inquiry form. A member of the Two If By Tea™ team will then contact you to further discuss resale, quantity, logistics, and pricing.
I received the wrong product, what can I do?
Please call 1-866-662-1776 between 10:00am-7:00pm EST. and let the representative know that you received the wrong flavor or that your order was processed incorrectly. The Two If By Tea™ representative will take note of the error and your issue will be resolved within a few days.
How do I return my order?
Unfortunately, we do not allow returned product to protect our consumers.
Do you provide refunds?
All sales of Two If By Tea™ are final and your credit card will be charged at the point of purchase.
